What happens during the $99 first month?
We handle everything: inventory feed setup, lead import from your current system, website configuration (if applicable), and a walkthrough of your dashboard. By the end of month one, you are fully operational with historical data loaded.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans are paid upfront but you can cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused months.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you start with Website and later want the CRM, upgrading to Suite gives you both at a discount. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I already have a website?
Lead Diagnostics works standalone. No website required. If you decide to add a Dealership Suite website later, you can upgrade to Suite and we will handle the migration.
How does the Ai work? Is it actually useful?
