About Us
Built by dealers.
For dealers.
Dealership Suite was not built in a Silicon Valley office by people who read about car dealerships in a market report. It was built by people who have lived it.
One of our founders has spent over a decade in marketing for independent auto dealerships. He has seen what works, what wastes money, and what dealers actually need versus what software companies try to sell them. The other has owned and operated dealerships and a wholesale vehicle business for over 15 years. He knows what it feels like to watch a promising month fall apart because leads went cold, the wrong sources got funded, and the team did not have the tools to stay on top of it.
Together, we have watched too many good dealers fall into unprofitable positions. Not because they were bad at selling cars, but because they did not have visibility into their own process. They made decisions based on gut feeling instead of data. They spent more on advertising hoping it would fix a follow-up problem. They cut inventory when margins got tight, which killed momentum and made things worse.
When Ai became powerful enough to actually do something useful, we saw the opportunity to build the tools we wished had existed ten years ago.

What we believe
Ai should save you money before it tries to make you money.
Every dealer has waste in their process. Bad sources, slow follow-ups, uneven team performance. Ai should find that waste first. Growth comes after the leaks are plugged.
The best CRM is one your team actually opens.
If it creates more work than it saves, your team will stop using it by week two. Everything in Dealership Suite runs in the background. Your team opens it and the answers are already there.
Knowing your numbers is not optional.
Cost per lead. Conversion rate. Source grades. Response time. Team performance. If you cannot answer these questions today, you are making every decision blind. That is what we fix.
Independent dealers deserve the same tools the franchise groups have.
The big groups have analytics departments, BDC teams, and six-figure software budgets. You should not need any of that to know your own numbers. We built enterprise-grade diagnostics at a price that makes sense for a 50-car lot.
The numbers that drove us to build this
40%
of leads go unworked at the average dealership
$80
average cost per lead that gets wasted
5 min
response time that doubles your close rate
90 days
average car buying journey from first search to sale
We built this because we needed it ourselves.
If you are tired of guessing and ready to see your real numbers, we would love to help you get started.
